We are currently accepting fully refundable reservation agreements for the time being, so schedule a meeting at your earliest convenience for more information on remaining availability.  Once applicable, this reservation agreement deposit will be applied towards the non-refundable REPC deposit (stated below).

NEXT STEPS

A non-refundable construction deposit of $7,500 will be required upon execution of the Real Estate Purchase Contract, with the balance of purchase price due upon the completed construction of the unit.

Buyers need to be pre-qualified through our preferred lender Granite Credit Union, but are free to then use another lender.
